So excited to read this book! I struggled with an eating disorder for four years and was only able to overcome it through the grace of God and the support of others. I think this book will be such a good insight into the mind of someone else who has struggled as well!

I've been struggling with an eating disorder for many years now and last year when I was 19 I finally decided to enter outpatient treatment for it. Almost a year later, I'm struggling more than ever and I think it has a lot to do with the fact that my parents/friends do not know how to help/support me. I want my life back, I don't want to be fighting for it any longer, but I need people in my life who know how to help me reach that goal. I would love to be able to give a copy of this book to my loved ones so they can learn more and know how to help me/support me, I think it could help so much!

People need to read this, whether for themselves or another. An amazing friend said to me the other day that "it's back" and I knew exactly what she was talking about before she elaborated. This book hits the "it" on the head. God's incredible power through the vulnerable, brokenness of your book. Wow.

Thank you Emily Wierenga for writing about your past struggles to help others, that is truly amazing. kradamaker@gmail.com
